The Price of Vision

Isaiah 6:1
"In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord."

My vision of God depends upon the state of my character. Character determines revelation. Before I can say "I also saw the Lord," there must be something also corresponding to God in my character. Until I am born again and begin to see the kingdom of God, I see along the line of my prejudices only; I need the surgical operation of external events and an internal purification.

It must be God first, God second, and God third, until life is faced steadily with God and no one else has as much persuasion as Him. keep paying the price. And let God see that you are willing to live up to the vision..

-Strength and Impact-

Paul had two goals for Timothy: That he would be Strong and that he would risk making an Impact. One is for Spiritual character. The other is for your actions for Christ. One is being; the other is doing...When both come together you have a powerful witness for Him. To stay focused as God's men, we must tap the strength of God's grace.
Paul gave Timothy the secret to a long lasting witness for Jesus Christ: Grace...What saved us is also what sustains us as God's men. If we focus on the love and forgiveness we were given, we become unstoppable for God. No doubt, No fear, No regret. No opinion or prideful thinking can overpower our witness.
Someone once said" When the risen Christ is central, you know what is peripheral. Never confuse the two."
